Process and quality data in real time
The Product & Quality package is the software microscope for process and quality engineers. It provides exactly the information they need to optimize production in terms of product quality in real time.
If problems occur, measures can be taken quickly. Errors are also detected early on and their causes can be narrowed down, making it possible to react before rejects or downtime even occur. The interface to the open source software Node-RED ensures optimum data pre-processing.
All important KPIs at a glance
Whether CEO, plant manager or production manager – everyone involved in manufacturing needs transparent processes to be able to make efficiency-enhancing decisions. The Shopfloor Management package of the Nexeed Industrial Application System makes this possible.
The analysis of bottlenecks, disruptions or insufficient performance can be adjusted to the required level of detail for individual viewers, while the Ticket Management application ensures increased efficiency in maintenance and service tasks.
The highest transparency of the material flow
The Intralogistics package, which is tailored to the needs of the material flow planner and logistics manager, makes sure that all required material arrives at the right time at the right place internally. This is made possible by synchronizing the real and the digital material flow.

Always have full control of the ongoing production
The Execution package of the Nexeed Industrial Application System makes sure that production planners have a complete overview of the execution of production orders from any location. It ensures a smooth production process with maximum output, which can be controlled easily and centrally.
Soon the Order Management application will distribute all incoming production orders. Production planners and machine operators can see all planned, released and ongoing orders at a glance on the user-friendly dashboard. Production planning can be flexibly adjusted as required, for example by changes in sequence or automatic changeovers.

The Bosch Production System (BPS)
Many different forms of manufacturing emerged in the course of industrialization. Their organization was always individual and person-driven: depending on the operations manager, it was more or less chaotic, hardly comprehensible from the outside, and not transparent to higher management. Toyota developed a production system that was designed to consistently avoid any kind of waste and laid the foundation for lean manufacturing.
Bosch was trained directly by Toyota as one of two suppliers and derived its own production system: the Bosch Production System (BPS), which was launched in 2002. It complements Toyota's approach by striving for the best technical production process and by focusing on it. Today Bosch is itself a leading lean manufacturer and is known for being one of the first companies to have implemented this revolutionary type of manufacturing organization.
Lean manufacturing has always been a paper-based system. Processes were complex but understandable. Increasing automation and the introduction of highly specific solutions weakened tried and tested processes and led to a certain uncontrolled development of incompatible software solutions in the factories.
