The event was opened by Sven Hamann, CEO of Bosch Connected Industry, who spoke about climate protection as a challenge for society. As one of the major producers of CO2, industry must step up and become a driver for the ecological transformation. With a holistic approach and the right software, IIoT can become a much-needed means of increasing energy efficiency and sustainability – and making the difference.
