To stay competitive, manufacturing has to become more efficient and resource-friendly, and digitalization is the only way to achieve this. With Nexeed, our Industry 4.0 software portfolio, relevant information can be delivered from linked machinery in real time. Possible errors can be reported before they even appear, since a single motor valve can have over 1,000 data points attached to it. Marian Demme and his colleague Tobias Pfister implemented it on the production lines at the Bosch plant in Bamberg, Germany.
