Production employees can only act optimally in the sense of the lean production system if all required information is available in a straightforward manner. Andon Live is a real-time shift status and information board in one. It displays the actual or target quantity, as well as other important key figures, right in the production area and visualizes the progress during the current shift.

Andon Live can be adapted individually to the operational situation and can also display additional information or welcome guests. In the event of a malfunction, the Andon ripcord is available as a fast reaction system. The malfunction is pointed out visually and acoustically, and support is requested. This allows the problem to be eliminated quickly at the source.
